Project scope and design strategy
Interior care facility / residential support building remodel for an existing R-4 occupancy (group care home). Scope includes demolition of the existing second floor, new roof framing and tie-in to the existing roof, and a full interior reconfiguration of non-structural partitions, bedrooms, offices, restrooms, kitchen, laundry, and support spaces. Work also includes ADA and accessibility upgrades, new casework, finishes, and coordinated MEP modifications, typical of human services, behavioral health, or residential care facility renovations performed in an occupied or semi-occupied environment.
