Project scope and design strategy

Religious / community facility interior remodel adding second story balcony, admin offices, audio visual recording studio and restrooms in an existing church space. Scope includes selective demolition, new partitions, doors, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and MEP coordination, along with ADA and life-safety upgrades, all within an active church campus. Similar in nature to other church office, counseling, and community-use renovations with phased work around ongoing operations.
