Pacific Cardiovascular Surgery Center

This project consists of a tenant improvement for the Pacific Cardiovascular Surgical Center at 550 Hawthorne Ave SE, Suite 150 in Salem, Oregon, creating an ambulatory cardiovascular surgical facility within an existing commercial building. The scope includes construction of operating and catheterization rooms, pre-op and recovery areas, sterile processing, nurse stations, medical gas and imaging support spaces, and associated building systems. Work includes new interior partitions, finishes, and coordination of electrical, low-voltage, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, structural, and emergency power systems to meet applicable healthcare, life-safety, and equipment requirements.
