Project scope and design strategy
This project consists of a tenant improvement remodel of an existing bank building to create a modern office space for Kjerulf Goto Wealth Management. The scope includes interior demolition and reconfiguration, new private offices, reception, conference and support spaces, upgraded restrooms and breakroom, ADA accessibility improvements, and exterior enhancements. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are delivered through a design-build approach, resulting in a functional, professional environment tailored to the client’s operational needs while bringing the building into current code compliance
