Project scope and design strategy
This project encompasses the ground-up construction of a single-story clubhouse and amenity building in Redmond, Oregon, designed to serve a residential or recreational community. The facility is built around a central assembly-style gathering space, supported by restrooms, storage/support areas, and associated site interfaces such as patios, walkways, or parking connections.
As a true new-construction project rather than a tenant improvement, the scope includes complete architectural design, structural systems, and full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination from the ground up. This makes it representative of clubhouse projects commonly seen in HOA communities, golf courses, and recreational developments throughout Central Oregon — facilities that serve as a social and functional hub for residents or members.
