Courthouse Club Fitness - Lancaster

This project involved a full interior and aquatics remodel of the Courthouse Fitness Center in Salem, Oregon. Scope of work included complete demolition and reconstruction of the existing locker rooms, along with the addition of a new tile steam room and custom wood sauna utilizing specialized waterproofing and high-temperature assemblies. Three racquetball courts were fully demolished and converted into expanded free-weight and performance group training areas, requiring structural reconfiguration, new framing, durable flooring systems, and upgraded lighting. The aquatics portion included demolition and replacement of the pool deck, remodel of the existing pool, and installation of a new hot tub, including concrete, tile, coping, and mechanical upgrades.
