Project scope and design strategy
The Monteith Park Outdoor Stage is a newly constructed, permanent performing arts structure located along Albany’s waterfront in Monteith Park. The project includes a cast-in-place concrete stage slab with integrated utility and A/V service trenches, a structural steel framing system, and a cantilevered roof assembly with architectural wood soffits.
Work also included electrical and lighting infrastructure, rigging and hanger points, guardrails, stairs, and accessible ramps, all coordinated to support flexible event staging and long-term outdoor durability
